The
Star Spangled Washboard Band
 This is to introduce a new musical group in the RAGTIME-DIXIE
style. The Star Spangled Washboard Band. This very versatile
and entertaining musical group brings a new option and
a breath of fresh air to small-group presentation. Using
one or two WASHBOARDS, the unique but often forgotten rhythm
instrument of the 1920's, and the addition of the tuba,
trombone and one or two banjos, this band can play and
sing a variety of hot music from the Dixieland and Ragtime
era and present it with a lot of pizazz and real show value.
The
Star Spangled Washboard Band is available in from 4 to
8 piece configurations and can perform with equal
efficiency in static or strolling modes. This unique band
has proved very effective both in reception settings and
as a main entertainment act with full stage production.
